Elective test jus over! woohoo! 1 paper down.. Still got so many more to go.. Sigh.. School is getting boring. When was it interesting? Mayb the first few days of school when there are so much to explore. Now that u noe the school inside out, u dun haf much things to do except for visiting the lib, eplaza, com lab n canteens. Sooner or later, I'll b sick of those places. In fact, i'm kinda sick of it now.
Now in bio studying on blood disorders. Coincide with Rev Denis Shelton's illness. Esther told me it's myeloma. In elective we studied that "mye-" got to do with bone marrow. We did an ICA presentation on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia a few weeks back. And it's got to do with myeloma too. Hmm.. Found this on yahoo... "Myeloma results from an acquired injury to the DNA of a single cell in the lymphocyte development sequence that leads to the formation of plasma cells. Myeloma occurs in lymphocytes developing into B cells, as opposed to T cells. B lymphocytes transform into plasma cells, which produce proteins called antibodies."
"Myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells. Plasma cells, part of the body's immune system, are one type of white blood cells. They are found primarily in bone marrow but also in many other tissues of the body. Normal plasma cells are formed from B lymphocytes. In myeloma, a developing plasma cell becomes malignant. I find leukemia interesting. I was the one who choose CML for ICA too. Well, probably watched to much Korean VCDs.. Most of them ends with the main character suffering from Leukaemia.

Got pricked ytd for blood glucose monitoring. It still hurts though. Imagine diabetic patients have to go thru them almost everyday... Mine is uncomparable..

Blogging away..
Consecutive 4 hours of breaks. A time to relax? Not exactly. To us, breaks means eat or projects. Ms Teresa asked us a while ago," Do you all have any ICAs next week?" The answers from the lecture hall was obviously yes. She said, "How exciting life is, right?" Yeah, exciting in terms of stressful?
ICAs n more ICAs. ICAs include tests, projects n exams. ICAs means it will b included in our semestral result.
Jus touched on elective's ICA. Forms n more forms. We were deciding on hydronephrosis (mark's condition). We did that bcos we wanna give Esther more chances of "catching up" with Mark. Evil us.. But we still have standbys. Dengue Fever n Appendicitis. Got to know Huda better.. Didnt noe she's such a person after all. *Laughs
Medical handwashing. My individual project. Gosh.. Dunno wad to write about. Someone tell me what u want to know about handwashing. Then probably I'll have an idea of wad to include in the project. So far I have, "The importance of Hand washing", "When do we need to wash our hands" and the techniques of medical handwashing.
Da Jie came back from Bangkok ytd. I confessed i didnt miss her. The house doesnt seem empty without her. Opps. So heartless of me to say all these when she bought us things. Hmm.. A necklace n wallet. I like both! It supposed to b shared between Jeryl n I. Haha. I want both! =)
Had piano lesson ytd. A mock exam. And i've got 118. A high pass. That's wad my piano teacher said. Can get Merit if i work a lil' harder. But this time, not as much confidence, not enuff time. Dun wish to think further. The more u think, the more glucocorticoids my body will b producing. Then my immune system would b supressed, n i'll fall sick. Haha.. Madly in love with bio.
Was reading Elim's blog a few days ago.. She wrote a list of her life in AJC. But most of them was ill-treating lao ba.. Pity him.. Haha.. His section members all out to bully him.. Mayb classmates too? Haha. At least her 2 years in AJC was exciting, unlike mine. Is JC life really that fun? I wonder..
We're bored. Bored in the com lab... So much things to do but yet, reluctance. Haix.. Another 1 more hour to go... Time passes so fast yet so slow..

Third day since school reopen. Life is back to normal. booorrrriiing..
Well, this semester havent been a good one for us. We seemed to b rushing for time. Catching up with our syllabus , projects n tests. *Sigh* Hardworking? Nah.. I prefer year 1 sem 2. I was much hardworking. We all know that year 2 is hectic n tough, life isn't easy. But we haf to press on.
At least now we've finished one project (2035--> Medical-surgical) Hehe.. Well done? I heard the lecturer said that my part was detailed. We all did put in effort some way or another. Esther in script (she has always been our script writer, n we all noe she wanna pull out from it. writing script arent easy, i noe that bcos i've tried. it's somehow like directing. u want to make the audience to b interested in wad u say n include your contents. not easy i say. but we all cant live without her scripts.. haha..), Marie the typist (though i did help her type too), Branda in researching (she did soo much research. I'm impressed. she even found information for us). Well, good job to ourselves. (self praise means no praise... opps)
Still have 2 more to go. Project for elective and individual project. Arghz. The patient education's presentation is due next week n i barely started. So hardworking Joline.. So hardworking.. I see Branda put in so much effort in her slides. I feel so guilty now.. Elective project is yet to b done. No one wants to start it in the first place. I'm always a reminder to them. "Then our elective project how???" There's still 2 more weeks to go.
Practised on Bohemia's studio's piano ytd. Gosh.. My scales, i need to brush up n my pieces! It's always not even. Sigh.. And exam is aorund the corner. I'm so slack, very slack.. Tsk tsk.. Someone wake me up!
Gospel sunday presentation item this Sunday. Playing the piano.. I hope i'm on time.. That's my main worry n i dun play my solos wrongly. *Praying*
Got back our bio practical test result. Glad that i achieved an A! Loving bio n always loving it. Haha. The bio practical test very indeed a challenging one. You must read n think a lot. You must really know your facts inside out. Esther got a B. I feel so bad. I mean i believe she can get an A. I noe she's unhappy that me n branda had an A whereas her's a B. If she studies hard, she's way better than me. trust me. Look at her Year 1's results. Though i study more than her, her results r better. I noe the reason why.. Cos I'm not studying smart. I knew it long ago. Though i've been revising my work daily, i can never compare to her. Someone care to teach me how to study smart pls.
Ytd was Div's birthday! Haha.. Managed to smsed him at 11.59pm b4 it turned 12. Yipee.. So silly. And he told me, wad a risky action taken. And one minute later to Fei Fan! Yup, his birthday today. And so is Jeanette Aw. Birthday wishes to the both of you! Pals forever. 1s29 way to go! =)
Havent been online for a few days now.. Craving for it.. Hehe.. Cos i'm addicted to it during the holidays. Can been online from 10am- 2am. Hmm.. Electricity bill is rising way up. And mummy's complaining. Opps.. Must restrict myself. So many things to do. So little time. Probably cos i always allocate 9-10pm for eating n watching tv. But i'm glued to 9-10pm's drama serials every weekday. This habit lasted for many years now.. Since kindergarten? Hard to curb u noe..
Learn CPR already! all the modules.. N exam will b testing all of them. The teachers r confused bcos the new syallabus jus came out. Argh... If the lecturers r confused, wad more the students? Yeah... So that explains it, we're confused too. Basically the main steps r there. I think the adult CPR is easier than the infant's.. And ytd we were like doing some tango dance in the lab as we need to shift leg here n there... Seriously, dancing.. haha.. Branda, branda...

First day of school.
Tired in the beginning.. However got perked up by my classmates during our 2036 lecture. Why? Cos we were all too involved in the games they noe. Hmm. I dunno how to specify wad kind of games r those. They r lame though. N i still have yet to know wad's the logic behind a few games. We've played Bang-bang, Meh-meh, MRT stations, Time, Take picture, Johnny and a few others. I have to haunt Angelyn tmr for answers. Angelyn, u watch out huh. Yeah, Angelyn, esther n marie got irritated by me cos i keep making them to give me questions so i can guess. Well, at least i guessed a few of the "riddles". Hehex.. Sickening Esther, she got the logic to almost all of the riddles within 1/2hr. Haiz.. Her brain working too well already. Sigh. I wanna noe how to play the time n meh-meh game!! Pigs..
Project? No one bothers.. It's jus Wednesday.. And I've booked the studio tmr for practise. Sharks.. Seems like running out of time for projects.
Talking about our med-surg project, we still have an individual project on hand. Arghz.. Okays..This is kind of terrible. I barely started. Hmm.. Found a poster on it, that's all.. Need more information about MEDICAL handwashing. I havent find any of it yet. And it's due next week?!
Everybody's sick. the flu bug is here again. Esther Goh is sick.. Down wif bad sore throat n coughing out phlegm mixed wif blood. Sounds serious. I asked Branda about this, she said mayb cos she cough too hard or may b due to pneumonia.. Hopefully it isnt pneumonia. And she's having interrupted sleep at night. She barely even enter the third stage of slp i guess. Poor her. So does Daniel. He is suffering from interrupted sleep too. Rev Shelton has myeloma. Some kind of blood disorder. Oh no! Jeryl is also down wif flu. She lost her voice till we all cant hear her. Fortunately her coughs didnt interrupt me in the night, if not i'll not b slping a wink. Probably cos i'm too tired to b even bothered by her coughs. Mummy's ill too! Runny nose.. Hmm she better take care, on steriods, so immunity is even lower. Ytd, when mei consulted the doctor, mummy refused the antibiotics prescribed. Wadever the reason is (i dunno y).. But if u want to see the doc, u should take the medicine prescribed by him.. My as well dun go n see if u dun want the medicine rite? Thankfully in the hospital, we dun haf so many patients that r like her. So troublesome when they dun comply..
We learnt BCLS (basic cardiac life support) today. So much things to noe. But seems fun except we must b wary of our placement of fingers. And i need to practise on my blowing.. Always blowing out nothing. Tried on 1 man CPR, observed 2-man CPR, performed normal adult choking n performed obesed/pregnant adult choking.
Da jie went to Bangkok! haha.. Peace... Ahh.. With her in the house, there's also peace, not much of a difference. More like I'm the one who make the difference. Always making noise in the house. Gosh, i'm following the footsteps of my mother.. Not a good sign.
Wanna go for Alex, Mel n Mr Lim's concert on 29th July! Ahh.. But we have combined exco meeting at 1530h. Dunno if i'll b able to make it. Hopefully. Wanna hear Omens of Love, Harmony, Ceremonium (which was my 1st piece that i played in TKSPB) n a few others.. Aww.. Wanna go!!

Was supposed to b sending Rev Denis Shelton off ytd, however, i need my beauty sleep. So i decided to give it a miss.
Around 10, Esther called.. Middy n Biggy r at Biggy's workplace. Asking me to go down to help them with Sarah Wann's farewell gift. We got her a milk bottle.. Not for her future baby though. Haha. We put glitters, sequins n added water into it. We bought her fabric paint to paint her name around. It could b qte nice, but we all touched the words accidentally, destroying her beautiful name written on it. Opps.. The instructions said that it would take about 12 hours to dry. That's long. Chu Huey n i headed down to church with the milk bottle holding in her hands.
Helped Pastor with some work in church and uncle David showed me his pictures taken in USA. Haha. Elizabeth likes sticking her tongue out. Folded stars for Chu Huey for Sarah Wann.. Played on the piano too. Must practise choir piece. Having been touching on that for qte some time.. Keep playing wrong notes. Opps.. Was waiting for Marie to wake up so that i can meet up with her or project. She must had slept so late. Cos i didnt receive any msg till 1730.. Finally.. Pastor sent me to Simei MRT then i took a train down to Pasir Ris n walk over to her house.
She was peeling her skin off when i've reached. Due to her sun burn from Tioman Island. N she had fish bites.. Haha.. It looks like pimples but not as bad.. She suggested sleeping over at her house. And i did.. Thankfully, my mum allowed! We did our 2035 project. Completed most of it except for the summary n references. Used a bit of her MSN, the new version, windows messenger live! We both were laughing when she was talking to Ben online. Ben shaved his head-->botak! Mer said it was cute. I prefer his old hairstyle. Much better though. No offense. Mer started drawing pictures on MSN for Ben. And they decided to hold a charade. Draw n guess wad it was. I gave the 1st qtn. "heaven n earth (green tea)" Apparently she didnt drew the green tea down. Haha.. Wad was there was 2 puffy clouds n waves.. Hmm.. Difficult to guess rite? Ben drew spects.. Which was easy to guess, or rather his drawing is much nicer. Hmm.. *wonders* Well, Marie purposely made it difficult to guess. The next word was grapes. She wanted to draw an orange but there wasnt orange colour there. So i told her to draw grapes. And she left the stalk out. So it looked like so many small balls of dunno wad there. hahax.. Ben guess' "crumpled piece of paper?" haha.. This is fun.. Too bad, my com doesnt support the system, if not i'll b madly drawing too!
Marie sort of quarrelled with Dennis. And some how now everything's ok. Both of them were so bored during the wee hours of the morning. So we decided to pick Ah Kas from Aloha Changi n then for supper at Hougang. We had a good laugh in the car.. Ah Kas was steering up the mood. LOL. I'm sure Dennis n Marie had too.. Fortunately, Dennis was still concentrating while driving.. If not, who noes wad might happen. haha.. So distracted.. Ate at Kovan, it was so near SRJC. I rmbed the place. My 1st 3 mths. Well, when on our way home, Marie asked if i wanna see Crayon. I nodded.. hehex. We went to Dennis house around 4am. Yeah, u must b wondering about our beauty sleep. Marie is nocturnal. As i said, she wakes up 530pm.. But i'm not.. Well, it's ok. I wanna experience how her night life is anyway. Played with Crayon in his room. Ah Kas busy playing Dota. Mer n i were fascinated with Crayon. hehex.. And she's kinda jealous Crayon keep sticking to me. Opps.. Went back to Marie's house about 6. Her mum gave them a good scolding. Well, expected. If it was my mum, i'll get it too. Fortunately i'm not home.. Hehex.. Wad a naughty girl. Slept at 6+, woke up at 12+. Though woke up qte a few times in between. Her bed is nice.. But i prefer mine. Hehex.. Love my JJ! Wonder how can i live without it. (though i lived without it for a night...) Lame...

I attended the Kranji's Band Concert at ACS with Christine, my cuzzie.. It was a last mintue thing. She informed me only around 5+, going to 6pm when the concert starts at 7pm. But managed to make it. We were obviously late partially cos we had difficulty finding each other. hahax.. At first got the right bus stop. Due to some communication breakdown, she travelled round the 2 bus stops at Newton MRT searching for me. Finally, she saw where i was, after i told her the buses that appeared in front of me. haha. She U-turned for nothing. It was the same bus stop we were talking abt jus that i'm at the bus stop n she's at the taxi stand. That was really silly. haha.
The taxi driver was qte unhappy with us, think it's bcos of our instructions were unclear. Anyway, Christine was telling him to proceed to Barker Road.. He was stunned by that. Only when i told him ACS Barker, he started moving the vehicle. Christine jiejie got Joanne a bouquet of flowers. Nice! Purple n blue in colour. I'm supposed to chip in a lil' but she said nvm.. It was qte cheap though.
At ACS, we werent qte pleased with the boy scotts there. Ushering us to the Concert Hall. But they were ushering people at the carpark. We were supposed to take the lift up and walk by ourselves. We saw notices everywhere until this junction, we werent sure if we were supposed to move. We went up ahead, the door was apparently locked. Hmm.. We wonder.. We turned around and Christine pointed out that it should b there (the junction where we werent sure if we r to turn, as it was well-litted there). Thanks huh. How useful the scouts n notices after all.
We were ushered into the circle seats of Ms Lee Choon Guan Concert Hall. It's somehow qte similar to VCH except for the ceiling. And of cos VCH is much bigger. Christine was qte happy that we could b in the circle seats cos the stall seats were full. We were obviously late and entered the hall around 7.30pm. Jus when the second item on the repertoire ended. haha. Opps. The repertoire is as follows:-

The band was very innovative. They know their flaws and covered them up. Their sound quality wasnt very good, and they werent playing together. However, they used visuals to capture our attention unlike other bands. Example A Day at the Fair, they use balloons, put up powerpoint slides featuring a fun-fair with kids and the rides. they made it so realistic. The Prince of Egypt was fabulous. Thumbs up for them. They played the video of that n played the piece at the same time. Some of them were unfamiliar. That's bcos i hardly watched Prince of Egypt. Except for one, where i remembered it vividly. When You Believe. Was wondering what's the title at that point of time. And now I'm so addicted to that song. Li Heng sent me When U Believe and I've been playing it over n over throughtout the night. haha. Oppsy. Even found the lyrics of that song.

Okays.. that's a long one. The song lasted for 5min+ anyway.
They have percussion solo. They placed the drums n kompang. They werent coordinating very well. But on thw ehole was qte ok. Reminds me of NYP Band. The percussion emsemble played during club crawl. Too bad, i wasnt in there. In Sec sch, we were always playing percussion.. haha. On the last day of band, b4 i stepped down, we played solo too! Led by Chuan Rui. Haha. Aww.. Miss those times.
Back to the topic about the band. Sway was lovely. they had some ppl from the dance club to dance and a singer to sing as they played the song. Christine n i spotted this girl. She was saying that that girl learn ballad before cos her movements shows. My eyes were on her throughout the item. haha. Her dancing was great!
And Goldilocks and the Three Bears. it was arranged like a musical. It was humurous. And they twisted the ending to make it more interesting. Goldilocks went off into the jungle with the small bear. And Goldilocks kissed him and there it became a handsome prince. haha.. Fairy tales will always remain as fairy tales.
Wanted to eat at Newton Circus after the performance but realised that they closed down for renovation. Though they had a temporary shop, we didnt want it. So we travlled down to Lau Pat Sat. It's been ages since i last ate there. haha. So was Christine. It is the World Cup Fever, so huge crowd gathered right in front of the flat screen tv. We chose a place where it is not so noisy so we can enjoy our meal. hehex..
She bought Kimchi noodles n I, Kway Chap. One Korean style, another singaporean style. haha. Well, it was qte good though. Tried herkimchi noodles as i never tasted it b4. Not too bad, sour n spicy. We sat n talked.. I've never been out with her alone b4. hehe.. Jus realised.
After dinner, we were heading towards the MRT station. We were lost somehow. partially due to the night. Opps (excuses). Anyway, we saw the sky scrampers n predicted raffles MRT station should b somewhere around there. And we guessed it rite! yay!! My road sense isnt that good after all! Haha.
Saw Da Jie n Ee Fang at Kembangan MRT station talking away happily. haha.. Wished Ee Fang happy birthday as tmr's her birthday..
Must go out wif my cousins sometime. Mising qte a lot of them...

Was online the whole of ytd.. Well, was away from com most of the time when it's in the afternoon.. Need to practise for piano practical. Counting down.. Still got 3 more weeks. Fortunately my computer didnt crash on me. It survived for nearly 15hours non-stop.. Except for times to restart, cos downloaded something. Was conferencing with Chu Huey and Li Heng most of the time.. We discussed our monday event.. Outing again! haha.. East Coast Park. And i supposed u all noe who suggested the beach, dun you? Haha.. That's B1 and my favourite place! We even wanted to go out together n chill there.. But that DAY havent arrive yet. Anyway, she loves sun-tanning.. For me, i love the breeze n waters.. Close to nature kind of feeling. Haha. Cant wait to go there though we just been there last Saturday. However, it was blading at the tracks. Didnt even get the chance to go to the beach at all.. So near, yet so far...
After the outing, we'll probably have to wash up before going to Moriah BPC for seminar.. So we were suggesting where to go. Most probably Esther Goh n Chu Huey would b coming to my place after cycling/blading.. At first i tot of Li Heng's house, cos it's so near ECP.. Plus, i wanna go to his house to take a look. Anyway, i love going to ppl's house.. But not ppl to mine.. Opps..
When dusk arrives, Li Heng was telling me that today we have a nice sunset. haha.. So i took some shots on my camera.. Yay! Well, i prefer seeing it in person rather than in pictures.. Hehex.. Love it though. Sent the shots i took to him n he commented that my house is unobstructed to take good shots. hehe.. Yeah.. No buildings ard (that's facing chai chee).. The other side not as good.
Talked n talked online. I was wondering why Kelvin wasnt online yet.. 1 minute later, a "boo!" from him. Haha.. We had to decide on the venue n time to meet for today. But it was dinner time.. So i asked him to hang on n wait for me to b back. I even reminded him not to leave his com. And he said ok, cos he'll b watching world cup with his eyes glued to his com.
When i came back, i talked to him.. But no replies.. So i decided to use nudge.. Cos it does works at times.. Plus, his status was away.. As long as it's not busy, can alrdy. So i nudge him.. From 10...11...11+.. It's getting on my nerves alrdy.. So i called his hp.. -Ring ring- No answer... He got about 5 missed calls from me alrdy.. Ahh.. I was so frustrated! Until he finally picked up. When i heard his voice, i was... Oh gosh.. *blushes*

He's going to pang seh when i dedicated my whole morning till 1 for him.. But after mtg him, he'll meet his gf at 12 n headed down to AMK to study. So sickening.. Then i haf all the time from 12 till2 roaming aimlessly.. Nvm.. I tot of going to Esther's place earlier. Cos our sub group supposed to meet up for project.. Anyway, request denied.. So i've really nothing to do from 12-2.. *worries*

Hmm.. Expecting wad he sent.. And i've guessed it correctly.. Or something similar.. "I've got a very bad news. I just woke up.." Ahh.. 0930.. I called him.. Well, i've cancelled mtg him.. He said his travelling time is 1 hr.. I estimated that he'll get ready by 10, reach at 11.. Ermz.. And he's going to meet his gf around 11+, 12. Hmm.. My as well dun meet up right? He owe me this one.. I purposely wake up early to meet him, n this is wad i got in return.. Haix.. Such nice friend i haf right? So evil!!! haiz.. if he hears this, i'm gonna get killed... Haha.. But i doubt he patrols my blog either. Hehex..

Piano lesson. Piano exam is nearing. Ahh.. Havent really practise aural n my sight reading is not up to standard at all! *Panic* I dun want exam so soon (7jul). But wad to do? Practical is during jul-sept. Jul, too early, not enuff time to practise. Aug, exam period. Sept, attachment time. How to arrange? This sucks...
After piano, i reached home n found a missed call on my home phone. Bernadette!! Haha.. I returned her call. N guess wad? She invited me to her house for dinner tonight! Yipee.. Hehex.. Met up with her at Bedok Giant. Purchased 2 bottles of drinks n headed down to her hse. Well, i really like the location of whr she stay. It's so near to MRT station n so convenient. There are so many eateries, shops n other amenities. Dun haf to worry so much. Bus interchange. So many buses.. Easy to get around Singapore. How great! She's living in a 2 room flat. But bcos it's only her n her fiancee, they dun need a bigger apartment. Her cupboard has cute toys! Hehe.. Eyeing on them. They bought fishes too.. Kept in the tank.. Nice! But i find the kitchen a bit too empty. Wad can i expect? They shifted in not long ago. Bernadette whip up the dinner for us ( herself, her fiancee, n i). It's just beehoon n chicken. Well, that's good enuff.. She cooked too much beehoon. But surprisingly, we finished more than half of it. I ate 4 plates of them.. *guilty* Aww.. My stomach's growing.. 3 mths i guess.. LOL. Watched the TV n returned home cos feeling tired alrdy.

Congratulations to Siang Meng n Lynette! It's their wedding yesterday at Life BPC. Well, back to Life church again. It's been qte a while since i last step into their church.
Headed to Jon's house before proceeding to East Coast Park for a time of fellowship with the youths. Firstly to bid Timothy farewell as he is leaving us to States soon. Secondly is to welcome Sarah Wann to Singapore. Sarah Wann is a missionary intern for 1 mth. We got to choose over blades or bikes. And since now i have someone who is willing to coach me, i tried the skates. I pitiedthe crew for going in n out. I've to change my blades then after take knee guard etc.. I think we've disturbed them too much. From Mac, we travelled down towards Bedok Jetty. Well, i had qte a hard time with my skates. I have to apologise to Tim, Esther, Li Heng n Jeryl bearing with me n blades. The blades gave me qte a lot of problems though. Met qte a few ppl i know in ECP. Haha.. That's a norm. ECP seems to be where some of my friends would go during the weekends. Saw Sarah on my way to the Jetty.. She was pushing her 4 wheel bike back to the kiosk. She didnt want to cycle any further. So i took over. So out of my blades, i cycled. So weird cycling on a 4 wheel when i know how to cycle on a 2 wheel. Sarah had to walk beside me instead. We were rushing for time since we headed back qte late. Anyway i had to leave Sarah behind n cycle to the kiosk first. Thanks Esther for teaching me how to blade! =) Though i havent master the skill yet. hehex..
We took 196 to Esplanade n walked to Raffles MRT to take a train down to Marina Bay n then a bus. We ate steamboat cum BBQ. Took qte a number of pictures n had a fun time. hahax. Sarah Wann got to taste lots of seafood n chicken. As for me, I've been living on mostly vegetables, but had so much meat today. And the chicken was marinated with too much salt. The oil keeps splashing all around. And that sensation caused me to tear. Hahax.. After the steamboat, when i dun feel like going back home so early, I suggested Esplanade. Me n my crazy idea.
Well, partially cos I didnt get to sit down at the beach at East Coast Park n hope that the Singapore River can make up for it. Sarah, Jon, Chu Huey, Li Heng n Jeryl went with me while the rest were too exhausted. Sat down next to the Merlion. Well, the Merlion is taking a shower. Sat there, enjoy the breeze, took pictures etc.. Not too bad though. Went back home abt 11+, 12.
Came home, had to work on wad to write for Timothy to put it on the board as a farewell gift. Had to coordinate with Li Heng n Chu Huey for the photo n font. Slept at abt 2am. Wad a tiring day we had.. But it was great! Want to go out with them again!!! yay~!

We've eventfully had an eccentric lecturer for our NE today. She's so talkative and bothers about everything. More of a nag though. All of us cant tolerate her. Today is our second encounter with her. Her behavious goes like this when we first saw her..

Out from her bag, she took a plastic bag of fruits and started mumbling under her breath..

She finally spoke something audible, "I dun even have time to eat my lunch.. The school gave me such a tight schedule etc..."
We were still wondering who was she talking to..
"Are you all NYP students?"
I've instantly got wad she mean------> Lanyards (we didnt put them on...)

"NR0510, Group 10," i replied..
When it was ard 11, the group in the class left and she went in.
We heaved a sigh of relieve..
After a couple of minutes, she opened the door and hollered at us..
"Why aren't you all coming in?"

You mean she's our lecturer for the day?

In the tutorial room, it was worse.
When Tang Wee came in, she immediately pass her a piece of paper..

I was pondering why she said those..

I think she should change her job and become a policewomen.

2nd lesson of the day and anticipating for the 3rd. Surprisingly i wasnt feeling a bit tired at all though i slept at 2 n woke up at 6.. 4 hours of sleep.. Hmm.. Chicken essence? Well, mayb due to post-mid-sem test. Mood changes. Bcos the entire day is lecture, everybody is skipping it. Esther, Marie, Tang wee (for the 1st lecture), Bhinisa and a few others.. The 8am lecture hall is so empty. Talking abt the bio lecture. We've been asked if ytd's bio pract was difficult. Our lecturer gave us 3 choices, easy, moderately difficult n difficult. Most of us think the paper should b categorised under moderately difficult.. Ahh.. Hopefully when they moderated, it'll b better! hehex..
Went to library, print things, borrow books.. Print nursing care plan, print bio.. haiyo.. never ending things to print.. Bleah.. Branda's fav place.. And i beg to differ.. Getting sick n tired of that place.. And now in Eplaza, printing past year papers.. Branda is making me stressed.. And it's supposed to b self-declared holidays.. See wad i mean? Hardworking..
We wanted to organise a sub-group outing during the holidays.. However, Yun Fei is going back to China.. Jin Fang is going to Malaysia for a short trip. Marie to Tioman.. Ahh.. I want some seashells back!! U better collect some for me.. hehex.. Dun give excuse n get them from Bugis hor.. Cheeky u.. Esther may b going to Hong Kong.. Left Branda n i in singapore.. Sobs... Expected a boring holidays this time round.. But there's lots of things to b done.. Ytd i went round listing them down in my diary..
1) Piano pract --> Practise n memorise scales
2) Projects --> 2035, 2036 n elective.. Must try to do some.. 2035 presenting on wk 11. 2036 the 500 word limit.. n ICA for that.
3) Study for elective --> ICA's coming, though it's jus 30MCQs. N Dr Yong said, if u dun skip lectures, u'll definitely pass for sure. So, yah, confirm pass module.. Cos i attended them all! hehex..
4) Visit Bernadette's new house --> Have yet to meet up with her. Her house-warming invitation...
5) Meet up wif friends --> Kel is one on my list. Was supposed to meet up long time ago.. haha.. But none of us initiated any plannings. So there.. Hmm, Angel too.. But i doubt Angel's free.. Having crash course for 2 whole wks n mid years r round the corner..
6) Get the to-buy items --> There's qte a number of things i have to purchase, just tt i'm too lazy to pop by the shop n get it. I've saved up money to get a Bible. hahax.. Anyway that money was given by Meimei but i've spent it during my Genting trip. Opps.. Need a pencil case, the current one is kind of small.. Still got a long shopping list. hahas..
7) Jaclyn's birthday --> There's a chalet n i'm invited. Hmm.. Mayb dropping by on the BBQ day.. Need to get her something too.. Dun think I'll b staying over at the chalet.. Cos there's still school. Sobs..

back to blogging.. we've started our self-delcared holidays.. hahax.. i.e., we acknowledge it as holidays though it isnt.. cos we've finished our papers for mid-sem.. hahax.. woohoo!
Ytd was PY's first day of night shift.. hahax.. 9pm-7am.. Long hours.. Anyway, we kept sms-ing each other though PY supposed to b "working".. hahax.. Opps.. Supposed to b staying up till 7am.. Well, but PY kept msging me that i should rest. N then i did. Almost knocked off immediately. Was kinda tired.. So happy. Dun need to study for the time being..
Was online till abt 2am last night or rather morning. Msn-ing to esther, li heng, james, bastian, ming jian n kang wei. hahax.. I've did a mini-survey.. 4/5 ppl were hungry at that point of time. Too bad we arent staying tgt if not we'll b ordering in n feast on the sumptuous food! yipee.. *laughs* Anyway kang was supposed to treat me long time ago.. Who ask him to do so well for his papers.. N i've alrdy demanded a treat to a restuarant for my b'day.. Hope he still rmbs.. Heheh. I'm so evil. Was catching up wif bastian n ming jian.. Ming jian is working at parco!! Mayb visiting him later too. Wanna get free sweets.. Aww.. haha.. So nice of him. Was busy talking abt Paul to Bastian. Hehe.. Bastian... shessh... Angel as usual was listening to her friends problems.. She's always burdened by them i guess.. There are things i've think twice b4 consulting her bcos i dun want to b a burden to her. Piano's practical is in 1 mth's time.. Gosh.. Okays.. I didnt realised that time passes sooo fast. Oh wells, pieces r more or less.. C piece need to brush up!! Ahh.. B piece was supposedly the worse but now, it's the best. hahax.. Opps. And i always make the same few mistakes.. And grade 5 sight reading is... Arghz.. So many flats or sharps.. And when there's a sharp, i'll play a flat n vice versa. Yeah.. Qte a big jump from grade 4. And my sight reading deproved. Opps..

Wad have i been doing? Wad have i been thinking.. I dunno wad's wrong with me.. But i noe something's wrong..
Not the first nor second.. Many times do i get this kind of feeling.. Dun ask me wad is it.. Cos i'm unsure.. Ever told Angel abt it.. I must help myself.. No one else can (besides God of cos).. Told Kel abt it too.. Kel said mayb cos i'm too stressed.. The point is... I should b feeling the tension, but yet i'm not.. I worry for my papers.. But i dun seem to really sit down n study.
Dun think anyone would understand cos i hardly open up my heart n tell others wad's deep in my heart.. I've a sophisicated thinking.. Getting emotional and emotionless at the same time. Contradicting? Yes, that's the point.. I dunno myself at all.. Like Erickson's theory says, during the adolescents period, identity vs role confusion.. Guess i'm in a state of role confusion now.. Where's my true identity? Arghz..
Bio pract is at 3.. Did some quizes, n get even more demoralised.. It seems that i havent even study. How stressful it is!? Mayb my method of studying is wrong.. Haiz.. i admire smart ppl.. Too bad i dun haf their brains.. *sobs
I wished papers end soon.. So that i can really give myself a break. I think i need that badly.. Got thousand and one things to ponder about.. How many times i told myself to change.. In Eplaza now.. Doing CMS for bio.. practical coming.. So must prepare.. Haix.. Realised that i dunno so much.. Must go n study already.. Read martini.. Read book, look at diagrams etc.. Our lecturer very detailed. I dun mind hiring her as my tutor. She'll make a great one in fact.. So motherly, friendly, kind-hearted, patient etc... She really make u think. But in order to achieve much in her lectures, u must really concentrate a lot. I cant really absorb much cos I'm kind of a slow learner.. Must really make info seep into brain then can understand wad r u really talking about.
Everyone went home.. Yeah.. Left me alone.. Which may be a good thing. Lesser distractions. Anyway I'm used to it already.. Going home alone. Haiz.. All of my friends stay either in the west or north.. So different direction from me. There's Marie, Farhana, Bhinisa, Angelyn but they all take bus go home. Arghz.. Nevermind.
Gets so jealous nowadays.. Branda n esther r always going out after school whereas i have to head home. Ya, can study.. But seems like there's no life at all. Think JH noes wad i meant. Was talking on MSN with him.. Forever asking him to start studying. He even asked me, is that all i can say to him.. I feel so bad.. But true.. I think studies is all in my head now.. Tests, exams...
