Congratulations to Siang Meng n Lynette! It's their wedding yesterday at Life BPC. Well, back to Life church again. It's been qte a while since i last step into their church.
Headed to Jon's house before proceeding to East Coast Park for a time of fellowship with the youths. Firstly to bid Timothy farewell as he is leaving us to States soon. Secondly is to welcome Sarah Wann to Singapore. Sarah Wann is a missionary intern for 1 mth. We got to choose over blades or bikes. And since now i have someone who is willing to coach me, i tried the skates. I pitiedthe crew for going in n out. I've to change my blades then after take knee guard etc.. I think we've disturbed them too much. From Mac, we travelled down towards Bedok Jetty. Well, i had qte a hard time with my skates. I have to apologise to Tim, Esther, Li Heng n Jeryl bearing with me n blades. The blades gave me qte a lot of problems though. Met qte a few ppl i know in ECP. Haha.. That's a norm. ECP seems to be where some of my friends would go during the weekends. Saw Sarah on my way to the Jetty.. She was pushing her 4 wheel bike back to the kiosk. She didnt want to cycle any further. So i took over. So out of my blades, i cycled. So weird cycling on a 4 wheel when i know how to cycle on a 2 wheel. Sarah had to walk beside me instead. We were rushing for time since we headed back qte late. Anyway i had to leave Sarah behind n cycle to the kiosk first. Thanks Esther for teaching me how to blade! =) Though i havent master the skill yet. hehex..
We took 196 to Esplanade n walked to Raffles MRT to take a train down to Marina Bay n then a bus. We ate steamboat cum BBQ. Took qte a number of pictures n had a fun time. hahax. Sarah Wann got to taste lots of seafood n chicken. As for me, I've been living on mostly vegetables, but had so much meat today. And the chicken was marinated with too much salt. The oil keeps splashing all around. And that sensation caused me to tear. Hahax.. After the steamboat, when i dun feel like going back home so early, I suggested Esplanade. Me n my crazy idea.
Well, partially cos I didnt get to sit down at the beach at East Coast Park n hope that the Singapore River can make up for it. Sarah, Jon, Chu Huey, Li Heng n Jeryl went with me while the rest were too exhausted. Sat down next to the Merlion. Well, the Merlion is taking a shower. Sat there, enjoy the breeze, took pictures etc.. Not too bad though. Went back home abt 11+, 12.
Came home, had to work on wad to write for Timothy to put it on the board as a farewell gift. Had to coordinate with Li Heng n Chu Huey for the photo n font. Slept at abt 2am. Wad a tiring day we had.. But it was great! Want to go out with them again!!! yay~!
