Met Rohani on Saturday. Met her at City Hall as she originally wanted to get her anniversary present but she had already gotten it before meeting me. Since we were in City Hall, I wanted to visit Precious Thots but it has been replaces by Cards n Such. So went in and took a look. Saw quite a lot of nice little things. But don't intend to buy any.
Then we headed down to Orchard as I have things to buy from there. As we were walking towards Taka, there was this guy who were on the streets giving out flower, and he handed us one. However, it comes with a message "Promote safe sex". And I've gotten a lollipop too. Wow, free things along Orchard Road. Haha.
Bought some presents for friends. And yes, I've spent more than a hundred dollars on them. =X But it's worth the money. Rohani commented that she should be the one spending more, but in the end it was the other way round. She had 3 $10 Taka departmental store vouchers and wanted to spend it. We walked through the gifts section and found nothing we like. Then I complained being hungry, we went downstairs to take a look at the food and realize we can use the vouchers there too! We decided to purchase mooncakes since it's the mooncake season. Then went over to Cookieman to buy cookies. We sample a few. Rohani likes the chocolate chip cookie whereas I prefer the almond. A more unique taste. But it all taste well. And we managed to use up all the vouchers! We shopped till we forgot the timing. Rohani was supposed to meet her bf at AMK hub at 4.15pm but we were still in Orchard at 4.30pm and i reckoned that her bf was mad at her. Opps, I'm at fault too. He went home knowing that she's still in Orchard and will meet her much later.
So we sat outside Taka and ate the things we've bought!
